This EU standard is constantly being more implemented and it would be very expensive and inconvenient for the lift owners if this had to be checked by the Lift Maintenance Company every 3 days, therefore we have created VERTIBUS CONNECT.
is a system which enables the lift to communicate with our office 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This system needs a GSM Module and a Voice & Data Sim-Card to communicate with our server platform.
When the autodialer fails, the lift maintenance company receives an autodialer failure report.

Lift Out of Order:
When the lift becomes out of order, the lift maintenance company receives a lift out of order report, giving the exact error number indicating the cause of the fault.
When the lift maintenance company receives either an autodialer failure report or a lift fault report indicating the cause of the fault, it will be able to immediately send the right technician with the right parts to repair the fault.
